What we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit the form we collect your name, email, optional company and the message text. Submission is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards the content to our mailbox and does not use it for other purposes. Legal basis: responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the message for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we process your email address (and name, if you provide it) through MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland). Subscription requires email confirmation (double opt-in). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Netsons (Italy), records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested resources) for security and diagnostics, according to its own notice.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no profiling, analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no third-party content that tracks browsing. Fonts are served from our own domain.

We store only two technical values in your browser:

  • bh-theme — your light/dark theme preference, written only when you use the toggle;
  • bh-cookie-ack — so we don't show you the informational notice again.

They contain no personal data, are not sent to third parties and are not used to identify you. That is why there is no consent banner — you can still clear them from your browser settings.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the EU, under appropriate safeguards (in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing (Art. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, email info@b-hive.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

This notice may be updated: the date at the top shows the latest revision.
